无法启动DHCP服务，提示意外退出，重启电脑重启软件都无法正常启用DHCP服务

今天再次出现这个问题，将日志级别设置为 verbose 后，根据日志中 SGDHCPServer 提供的
PID File: /Users/caldis/Library/Application Support/com.nssurge.surge-mac/dhcpd/pid 日志
找到了对应的进程 AMPDeviceDiscoveryAgent，结束后 Surge 运行正常

奇怪的是，在等待 AMPDeviceDiscoveryAgent 进程重启后，再次运行 Surge 并没有发生同样问题

感觉是 AMPDeviceDiscoveryAgent 进程或许随机占用了 DHCP 所用的端口
