Allow users to opt out of error tracking (bugsnag.com)

I understand this is important for the devs to fix bugs and improve the apps, but it's extremely annoying for me to see Surge Dashboard.app frequently sending dozens of requests to sessions.bugsnag.com in a row.
I hope Surge respect user privacy more and allow users to opt out of all kinds of home-calling, tracking and analysis.

Thanks for the feedback. Usually, the app only sends requests to sessions.bugsnag.com when there was a crash. You might encounter some internal crash, and then the app keeps sending the requests.
