works for Wi-Fi but it does not work for Cellular as cellular LAN IP router & DNS changes each time the phone is restarted and it assigns single values in the range 10.0.0.0/8 such as 10.24.111.4 OR 100.64.0.0/10 such as 100.64.50.1.
