forkd 连接上cisco anyconnect vpn时，surge会有notification显示primary interface changed to utun6，但是点击Set as System Proxy不会生效，只能维持在连接vpn之前的状态。 比如：连接vpn前设置了system proxy，连接vpn后，proxy是生效的，能正常应用在utun6 interface上，但是没办法取消system proxy @SurgeTeam
