请确认测试域名正确且 Host 项目已配置。

删除了 encrypted-dns-server 后测试正常，之后再设置回去也没问题了。

相同的问题，5.9下面的配置正常， 5.10(也尝试了5.10.2) 都无法访问公司内网服务
