DNS域名中有大写导致解析失败

在使用Doq解析时，域名中包含大写时就会失败，当改为小写就正常。目前发现Surge for Mac也有同样的问题。DoH暂未发现此问题。由于想在DNS日志中区分设备，quic的写法为x-识别码.dns，而DoH写法为dns/识别码/x。不确定是不是由于写为前缀导致的问题。

@SurgeTeam This bug is present in Surge Mac 4.11.2. Infact for SurgeMac 4.11.2, using "quic://nextdnsid.dns.nextdns.io" without name is more stable than appending a name such as "quic://iphone-nextdnsid.dns.nextdns.io". Please fix for surge Mac4.
Also, there's a spacing compatibility bug because using "quic://surge--iphone-nextdnsid.dns.nextdns.io" does not work for old and newer Surge iOS and MacOS due to using the syntax "--" for spacing as documented by NextDNS.
