macos access restriction feature is not compatible with surge's enhanced mode

今天遇到这个报错了，
The macOS access restriction feature is not compatible with Surge‘s enhanced mode.Please disable the Content & Privacy feature in System Settings > Screen time > Content & Privacy > Access to Web Content,then restart your computer.
请问要怎么解决？一直是这么用的啊，怎么突然有这个报错了？
