环境情况：家里 macmini的 surge版本5.7.2 的，使用的是端口转发模式配置 surge ponte，开启了增强模式 dhcp功能，家里小米路由器关闭了dhcp功能，移动的带宽，有外网 ip地址，也配置了端口转发 udp 6208 了，使用 nc测试过端口映射没有问题；配置完后，wifi 下面ios端可以正常访问mini 但是，切换到 ios手机卡模式就无法访问!
