Please @SurgeTeam add the option:
Options:
1.) pre-process for low external rule matching latency which causes reloading of vpn routing after updating external resources
or
2.) use the real time processing which increases external rule matching latency but does not reload the vpn routing.
I would prefer the second option because it was more reliable and surge did not reload during external rule updates.
