观察到上传速度到 80MB/s 左右，surge 会 crush，重启后有以下报错：
Due to severe network overload, the system network buffer is full and Surge has been forcibly stopped by the system. Surge has automatically restarted and started in safe mode.
本人宽带上传是在 50Mb，surge显示的上传速度有些异常。在尝试关闭zerotier和更改VIF engine 后并无改善。
