问题描述：
自建代理节点，Surge iOS只要连接Wi-Fi可以正常访问谷歌等外网。
只要关了Wi-Fi使用sim卡蜂窝数据，Surge iOS开启服务，就会出现无法访问谷歌等外网，本机间歇没有任何数据连接，连微信都打不开。尝试过重启重装Surge还不能解决，此问题在装过tf版Surge后第2周出现，之前一切正常
