local Mapping of Encrypted DNS

Surge Mac 4.11.1 can not parse when dns resolution is mapped for DoQ and DoH3 in [Host] e.g.

*= server:h3//doh3.dns.nextdns.io/mynextdnsID/dns-query
*= server:quic://mynextdnsID.dns.nextdns.io
It says invalid but will only parse DoH e.g.

*= server:https//dns.nextdns.io/mynextdnsID/dns-query

On Surge 5 for iOS, everything is parsed and works fine. DoH is used when DoH3 fails. It will be nice to achieve, on MacOS, this same fallback from DoH3 to DoH when DoH3 fails but DoH3 first.

SurgeTeam thanks, I hope this feature can be added in the next update of Surge Mac 4 as I'm not yet ready to upgrade to Surge Mac 5 until it's stable and without bugs.
