macos 上关闭 surge 访问 https://test-ipv6.com/ 能正常显示有 ipv6，且本地终端 ping6 其他 ipv6 地址也能通，但是开启 surge 后，再次访问 https://test-ipv6.com/ 确显示无 ipv6 网络，配置中仅设置了 ipv6=true ，未配置 ipv6-vif 选项。
