shadow-tls + snell v4连续给代理使用Surge自带的Test Proxy Latency，经常可以看到很多的失败，很容易复现。相同的服务器，使用trojan或者其他方式就几乎不会出现failed的情况。shadow-tls + shadowsocks-rust也是同样的问题，不知道是surge客户端的问题，还是shadow-tls服务端的问题。同时在浏览网页的时候，也会经常性的出现无法访问网页，然后网页报错：
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to github.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
Error code: PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not
be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
看Surge的日志，后台有大量的WARNING：<WARNING> [SNConnectorV4-11109] Decrypt failed
以上均基于：Surge for macOS Version 4.10.2 (1965)
操作系统版本：macOS 12.6 M1 Max
Surge for iOS Version 5.2.3 (Build 2603) 也有以上类似问题
希望能定位一下是surge的问题，还是shadow-tls的问题
